There are many matters to pay attention to when using and maintaining stainless steel elbows. Users need to use them in accordance with certain methods and maintain them accurately and reasonably. Precautions are as follows:

　　1For stainless steel elbows that have been stored for a long time, regular inspections should be carried out. The exposed processing surfaces must be kept clean and free of dirt. They should be neatly stored in a well-ventilated and dry indoor place. Piling them up or storing them outdoors is strictly prohibited. Always keep the stainless steel elbows dry and well-ventilated, maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the equipment, and store them in accordance with the correct storage methods.

　　2When installing, the stainless steel elbow can be directly installed on the pipeline according to the connection method and installed at the usage position. Under normal circumstances, it can be installed at any position on the pipeline, but it should be convenient for inspection during operation. Note that the medium flow direction of the cut-off stainless steel elbow should be from the bottom of the longitudinal valve disc to the top. The stainless steel elbow can only be installed horizontally. When installing stainless steel elbows, attention should be paid to their sealing performance to prevent leakage, which may affect the normal operation of the pipeline.

　　3When using ball valves, globe valves and gate valves with stainless steel elbows, they should only be fully open or fully closed. They are not allowed to be used for flow regulation to avoid erosion of the sealing surface and accelerated wear. There are reverse sealing devices inside the gate valve and the upper threaded stop valve, and the handwheel is turned to***Tightening it at the upper position can prevent the medium from leaking from the packing.

　　4For stainless steel elbows, handwheels should be used. Do not use levers or other tools to avoid damaging the valve components. Turning the handwheel clockwise closes it, while turning it counterclockwise opens it. When using "Zi Ah", be fair and ensure accurate usage methods and means.

　　5The bolts of the packing gland of the stainless steel elbow valve should be tightened evenly and not pressed into a skewed state to avoid damaging the valve stem movement or causing leakage.

　　6During the use of stainless steel elbows, they should always be kept clean. The transmission threads must be lubricated on schedule. When a fault is found, the use should be stopped immediately, and the cause should be identified and the fault eliminated.
