Stainless steel balls are usually produced by stainless steel forging processes. At present, the commonly used materials for stainless steel balls include201,302,304,316,316L,420,440C.

Ii. Detailed production process flow of steel balls
.Extension line(Drawing wire)Stretch the wire to the required diameter with a wire drawing machine;
.Cold heading(Forging and pressing)The drawn wire rods are placed into the steel ball cold heading machine, where they are forged into ball blanks by the steel dies inside the machine;
.The bright ball: The two cast iron grinding round plates inside the bright ball machine apply pressure to file and grind the cold heading ball blank, removing the outer ring band and the two poles on the ball blank;
.Soft ball: The two cast iron grinding discs inside the soft ball machine file and grind the smooth ball blanks to achieve the required ball diameter and surface roughness;
.Heat treatment: The balls are placed in a heat treatment furnace, carburized, quenched and then tempered to give the balls a certain carburized layer, hardness, toughness and crushing load;
.Hard grinding: The grinding wheel discs inside the grinding machine apply pressure to grind the heat-treated ball blanks to remove the black oxide layer on the surface of the balls and correct their accuracy;
."精研" 可 以 翻 译 为 "Intensive study"/Polishing and cleaning: Fine grinding: The grinding ball blanks are finely ground in a fine grinding machine to achieve the required precision and smoothness for the finished products;Polishing and cleaning: Pour the ball into the polishing roller bucket, rotate it, and clean it with polishing cleaner and water to make the spherical surface clean and bright;
.Appearance selection: Manually visually inspect the surface of the steel balls for any defects, measure the true roundness with a micrometer, the variation in batch diameter, and use a surface roughness meter to test the surface roughness as the final inspection;
.Packaging: Place the steel balls/Stainless steel ball/The bearing steel balls are coated with anti-rust oil and then packed in cartons or woven bags.
